  2. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You must have a valid government issued ID.
  3. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    $50 application fee $150 administration fee
  4. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes, you can have a month-to-month lease at the additional month-to-month rate.
  5. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Your Cable and Internet is included in your rent* *select floorplans only
  6. How long is the term of the lease?
    6-12 months
  7. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    6 month is our shortest term available
  8. Am I required to have renters' insurance?

  11. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    We have an online resident portal that allows you to make a service request. You can also give us a call at the office to make a service request.
  12. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st and is late on the 6th.
  13. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Rent is late on the 6th day of the month.
  14. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes, you can pay rent online with your checking account information.
  15. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, you can utilize the online payment option from your resident portal.
  16. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Absolutely, they will just have to fill out an application so we can run a criminal background check then we can add them to your lease as a household member
  17. Do you have reserved parking?
    No, parking is first come first serve.
  18. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    You are welcome to park your motorcycle in the parking lot outside of your home.
  19. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, you will just need to add them to your lease and list them as a household member.
  20. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    No, satellite dishes are not permitted on the property.
  21. Do you have cable services?
    We do provide cable services* *select floorplans only

    We invite you to decorate and design your apartment home. Please discuss with our onsite team to avoid additional fees upon move-out.
  28. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes, we do accept packages for you.
  29. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes, we do have a list of preferred employers. Our office can provide you a list of our preferred employers.
